HBN Account Coordinator

Job Description

Work along side of Sr. Account Executive and President to help manage and grow existing house accounts.

Account Job functions:

-  Client contact: track down details from clients, on-line research, articulate client needs, write up work-orders, etc.

-  Develop schedules/manage budgets/meeting reports

-  Traffic coordinator for design & production art activities

-  Negotiate with outside suppliers/artists/sub-contractors

-  Coordinate & obtain estimates for: photography, illustration etc.

Administrative Functions:

-  Responsible for monthly invoicing

-  Assist in HBN promotional activities

-  Manage HBN web site updates

-  Reports to Sr. Account Executive

Qualifications and Requirements

•  2 to 4 years experience in CPG marketing, design, production or sales experience

•  An energetic and self-motivated work ethic

•  Team spirit: the desire to work and openly communicate with team members

•  A good grasp of marketing and design principles

•  Ability to execute tactical details and manage package design and             promotional/trade projects

•  Good oral and written communication skills needed for client meetings,             presentations, telephone, email, written proposals, etc.

•  Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel

Education

Bachelor's degree in design, marketing or related field
